 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery time varies based on destination.

*** Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. Keep in mind custom orders take longer to ship***

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (if applicable and within the US).

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all over the United States and some international countries. We are currently working on becoming worldwide. Please note that delivery times and rates may vary depending on your location.

At this time, we do not ship to Europe, Africa. Asia, Antarctica, South America or Australia (as of yet)

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) and a link to track your order's progress.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the information before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
